We arrange a check-in during the trial. The agreement is completed within the 14 days, and paid service is prepaid only. If you do not continue, an uninstall guide is provided at licence expiry.

The installer typically takes 5–10 minutes. Preparing users and entering or importing records takes additional time, depending on your clinic.
The clinic computer
The documented baseline is Windows 10 or 11, 8 GB+ RAM and an SSD. Use wired Ethernet to a dedicated, business-grade local Wi-Fi router. We review your setup before the trial.
Your existing records
Paper records need manual entry. Excel import can be arranged for a separately quoted fee. Moving from another system is reviewed and quoted separately.
Updates and everyday use
Open the desktop updater to check for updates and launch TriVet. Set up your roles and users, then build the daily habit of recording visits, sales and expenses.

What is TRITAKION, and what is TriVet?
TRITAKION builds industry-focused software solutions for Iraq and the Kurdistan Region. TriVet is our first product: a veterinary practice system connecting patient care, client follow-ups and everyday business management.
Can TriVet work without the internet?
Core clinical and financial workflows run locally for up to 30 consecutive days offline, with periodic internet verification required. Your computer, power and local network must be working. Online messaging, catalogue updates and other connected services need internet access.
Who owns my clinic’s records?
Your clinic owns its records and can export them using the software’s export tools. Access depends on the staff permissions you set. Requested technical support and optional integrations may involve authorized access or sharing the information needed for those services.
Can I check stock away from the clinic?
Selected published catalogue information can be available online. It is not remote access to the full internal inventory or patient records. Online information may show the last successful update during a connection interruption. We can demonstrate exactly what is available.
Is it suitable for a small practice?
TriVet is intended for veterinary practices, including small teams and businesses combining clinical services with retail, grooming or boarding. A demonstration helps establish the right fit for your workflow.
How does the free trial work?
Meet us first to confirm suitability. If we agree to a free 14-day trial, we email the Windows installer privately and explain your trial dates. The agreement is completed during those 14 days. Booking an introduction does not start the trial or issue a licence. Paid service is prepaid only.
What does it cost?
We will recommend the appropriate plan for your practice and provide clear written pricing, including any applicable setup or optional services, before you decide.
Will I have help getting started?
Onboarding guidance and customer learning resources are available. Our official working and meeting hours are Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–17:00 Baghdad time, excluding recognized holidays. Choose from the appointments shown in the booking calendar.
What happens when my licence expires?
Under the current service terms, expired licences enter read-only mode: historical records remain viewable and exportable, while paid operational features require renewal. If you decide not to continue, follow the customer uninstall guide after safeguarding your records. Paid service is prepaid only.
I already have a system. Why book an introduction?
Start with what your current setup does not answer: follow-ups, inactive clients, shift differences or the costs behind revenue. We demonstrate the relevant workflow so you can judge the fit. There is no need to replace a system without understanding the value first.
What about backups and recovery?
TriVet supports automatic nightly backups to your configured destination and optional off-site backup. We can help assess restoration from an available, usable backup within the agreed support scope. Keep the destination connected, with enough storage, and protect your computer and backup copies. Hardware repair and guaranteed recovery after every disaster are not included promises.
